Glasgow West Franchise Of The Year 2016
This week Rainbow Glasgow (W) made History in the Rainbow family by achieving Franchise of the Year for 2016, the second year in a row and the first time this has ever happened in Rainbow International’s history.
We are all delighted to be recognised for the hard work, great work ethic, flexibility and professionalism everyone in our team shows on a daily basis.
Management at Head Office go through a vigorous selection process before deciding who, out of the 65 Franchisees is worthy of this award.
They take account of the Claims Handling process, KPI achievements, Validation, Reporting, Administration, customer service, etc etc.
We have the beautiful, talented and dedicated Stacey as the head of our Administrators (and yes, I am allowed to be bias as she is also our daughter)
Notwithstanding that, Stacey has gone to great lengths to ensure that the detailed reports to our work providers are of the highest standard, the technicians are given as much information on the jobs they are visiting and the customers are kept informed on their claims. Stacey also ensures that before claims are sent to Head Office for final checks, they have all been validated and thoroughly checked. She is worth her weight in gold.
Our other administrators, Emma, Val and Agnes also provide an invaluable service. The work they undertake in the office is the backbone of the business and we are lucky to have such dedicated, experienced staff in our team. The claims handling process is no mean feat and they all embrace the changes and challenges they face head on.
Our General Manager, Jim McGonnagle is at the head of the Technical and support staff. Jim has been in the Restoration business for over 15 years, most of that being spent with Rainbow International.
Jim is a great ambassador for our business. His work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills makes him a great Team Leader and is well respected by everyone in the team. Jim’s cheery disposition keeps the team motivated even in times of surge and his drive to help the business succeed is always evident and much appreciated at all times.
Lastly but by no means least, our fantastic team of Technicians and Support staff.
Our Technicians and Support staff have a very different role than their counterparts in other franchises in that they travel the length and breadth of the country on a weekly basis.
Not only do their vans have to be prepared for as many eventualities as possible, they also regularly travel with a suitcase in order that they are prepared for staying in hotels etc. They do this without complaint.
We have Senior, BDMA qualified Technicians, Trainee Technicians & support staff who all play a very vital role in the business. They all work really well together and ensure that all jobs they are sent to are undertaken with our customer’s at the centre. Many of them have been awarded Apple badges for excellent Customer Service.
You will by now know we have recently expanded the business into the Renfrewshire, Greenock, Gourock and Glasgow (W) areas of the country. This progression has allowed our franchise to grow and we hope that 2017 will be the best year ever for us as we move forward as a team.
